A Hidden Haven Forest Cottages Policies
Rates vary from $235 to $375 depending on guest time of booking. For rate at time of your desired stay please click the above reserve your stay button. Rates are based on occupancy of two guests. There is a $30.00 charge per each additional guest per night. Additional children are charged the same as adults, unless child is 1 year or younger. Deposits: The deposit for a one night stay plus taxes made at time of booking is required to secure a reservation. All rates and policies are subject to change.
A two night minimum stay may apply. In the off season we may offer one night stays. If you are booking a one night stay in peak or low season, we reserve the right to move you to a comparable cottage and or room at our discretion. During peak season, there may be a cottage or room available for a one- night stay between two reservations. If you have any questions about availability please call us. If you do book a one night stay there will be an additional $30.00 charge.
No Pet Policy
We love animals, but cannot accept pets of any kind in our cottages.
We are a shoeless Inn — socks and/or slippers will be provided. A Hidden Haven is a smoke free resort. A Hidden Haven does not accept pets.
4:00 PM – 6:00 PM We offer a very flexible mail box check in any time after 4:00 PM. Please see check- in instructions included in your confirmation. We are available personally for check – in questions between 4:00 – 6:00 PM. Anytime outside that time frame you can contact us by calling 360 452 2719.
11:00 AM A late check out may be possible by prior arrangement but may incur an additional fee.
Guests will be held responsible for any and all property damages and special cleaning fees for excessive cleaning that result from negligence or carelessness of the property. The credit card on file will be charged the needed fee, to cover the cleaning or replacement charge equal to the amount needed to resolve the damage.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit for a one night stay plus taxes made at time of booking is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance will be charged fourteen days prior to your arrival. Guests are responsible for all accommodation charges unless cancellation is made outside the 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. If a guest cancels outside the 14 days prior to arrival, the first night deposit will be refunded less a $40.00 cancellation fee for processing. Refunds are not made for early departure for any reason. Due to the small size of our Inn, cancellations affect our Inn significantly. Therefore we have a strict 14 day cancellation policy. Guests who have concerns may choose to consider Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption Insurance from your preferred provider. For more info you may check here www.insuremytrip.com.
